PF Appraisals is owned and managed by Joe Wallace and Sara Chambers, both of whom have MBAs from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Wallace holds the commercial MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute. Ms. Chambers holds the residential SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute.
